It’s been a very exciting, yet stressful harvest on the farm. We are very excited to launch our 2016 Vintage EVOO. I personally think the oils this year are even better than last years, lots of fruitiness , nice and grassy with good hints of pepper.

On the 1st September 2016 we will find out how our oils have done at the 2016 SA Olive oil awards and then in October we find out if we are in the top 5 oils in the country, hold thumbs for us.

Definition of EVOO: Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Is the natural juice squeezed from olives one day after the harvest. No heat or chemicals are used in extracting Extra Virgin Olive Oil. “Extra” is the highest grade for the best, unrefined and unprocessed oil of the fruit.
