Tomato and herb Gazpacho drizzled with Fennel Oil and served with a shot of Vodka and Monis Dry Sherry

Aubergine stuffed with cream cheese, yoghurt and toasted sunflower seeds and drizzled with a pomegranate reduction. Served with a herb flat bread and a glass of Fraai Uitzicht Rose

Beef Tenderloin served with a Mediterranean Salsa and accompanied by baby new potatoes and fresh mint; drizzled with Dill Oil.
Served with a glass of Jan Harmsgat Pinot Noir
